Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location, being inside a shopping center in Osaka's bustling Namba district, was incredibly convenient. The room was a bit cramped after adding a folding bed, but the daily complimentary drinking water was a nice touch. However, the room size was a downside for me.
The hotel's rooms may be smaller than expected, yet considering the price and convenience, it's still the best value for money. While the space was cramped for three people and the layout seemed originally intended for two beds instead of three, the overall deal was quite satisfactory.
I found the hotel to be a mixed bag. On one hand, it's conveniently located near Namba Station and surrounded by shops and eateries, making it very convenient for exploring Osaka. However, my room was quite dusty and needed some more attention to cleanliness. The service was friendly but could benefit from additional training. The dining options, included in the room price, were more Japanese-style, which was interesting to try, but not necessarily worth the additional cost. Overall, it's an okay choice for a short stay in a prime location.
I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel. The room, while a bit cramped for my taste, was incredibly spacious considering the location and price. It was brand new, spacious, very clean, had a comfortable bed, and the soft bed sheets were of high quality. The service, while not as warm as I had expected, was still better than many places I've visited. The location was fantastic, with restaurants and shopping nearby. The dining experience was good, although I wish there were some non-wheat alternatives. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel offers rooms that are smaller than expected but still clean. The staff members are generally helpful and friendly, with a minor exception noted at one point. The location is superb, particularly for those interested in being centrally located near transportation and entertainment options. Dining options are somewhat lacking diversity. Overall, the hotel is basic but conveniently located.
However, the staff were lovely, kind, and efficient, offering tips like opening the window and providing fans to improve the room's stuffiness. The location compensated for the room, being centrally located near plenty of attractions and dining options.
