I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location, being inside a shopping center in Osaka's bustling Namba district, was incredibly convenient. The room was a bit cramped after adding a folding bed, but the daily complimentary drinking water was a nice touch. However, the room size was a downside for me.
Rooms
7.0
The room was equipped with all the necessary facilities and was conveniently located next to a shopping center with great food options. However, after adding a folding bed, it felt a bit packed. The complimentary daily drinking water service was excellent, but the room size itself was way too small.
Service
6.0
The staff were conversant in English and took care of us during our stay. However, the overall service had a somewhat unclean feel, and the room seemed tiny and unkept, not meeting our expectations for a hotel in the busy entertainment district. It might suit some, but it wasn't for us.

The hotel's location inside a covered mall in the heart of Osaka's busy Namba district couldn't have been more convenient. It was central, allowing easy access to various attractions in Namba, including the subway and train stations. However, the area was too noisy and crowded for our liking.
Dining

The dining experience, mostly featuring Japanese cuisine with some Western options, was excellent and offered great value for money. Despite the amount paid, the food quality was delightful. The main dining area was away, but it was still worth exploring.
Facilities

The hotel had good dining options, offering mostly Japanese food. The facility was clean and comfortable, providing a great value for money dining experience.

The hotel's rooms may be smaller than expected, yet considering the price and convenience, it's still the best value for money. While the space was cramped for three people and the layout seemed originally intended for two beds instead of three, the overall deal was quite satisfactory.
Rooms

The rooms were a bit on the small side and felt crowded with the extra bed, leaving minimal space to move around or store luggage.
Service

The service was generally nice and helpful, although there could be some room for improvement with the cleaning efficiency.
Location

The hotel's location is quite convenient for shopping and easily accessible from the train station. It's close to popular spots like BIC Camera, Shinsaibashi, and the Namba subway, making it an ideal spot for exploring the area.

The dining experience offered a good range of dishes, though it could benefit from including more non-wheat alternatives like brown rice or soba to cater to different dietary preferences.

I found the hotel to be a mixed bag. On one hand, it's conveniently located near Namba Station and surrounded by shops and eateries, making it very convenient for exploring Osaka. However, my room was quite dusty and needed some more attention to cleanliness. The service was friendly but could benefit from additional training. The dining options, included in the room price, were more Japanese-style, which was interesting to try, but not necessarily worth the additional cost. Overall, it's an okay choice for a short stay in a prime location.

I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel. The room, while a bit cramped for my taste, was incredibly spacious considering the location and price. It was brand new, spacious, very clean, had a comfortable bed, and the soft bed sheets were of high quality. The service, while not as warm as I had expected, was still better than many places I've visited. The location was fantastic, with restaurants and shopping nearby. The dining experience was good, although I wish there were some non-wheat alternatives. Overall, a great value for money.

The hotel offers rooms that are smaller than expected but still clean. The staff members are generally helpful and friendly, with a minor exception noted at one point. The location is superb, particularly for those interested in being centrally located near transportation and entertainment options. Dining options are somewhat lacking diversity. Overall, the hotel is basic but conveniently located.
